We are shipping worldwide with a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.


1.1. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

1.2. All products are made in Ukraine and are shipped worldwide from there via DHL (3-5 business days) or EMS(7-14 business days).

1.3. We offer free shipping in Ukraine via Nova Poshta.

1.4. You can pick up the order at our Showroom in Kyiv, Ukraine on Mykhailivskiy Lane, 24. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2-3 business days about which we will send you an email with instructions. Our in-store pickup hours are 12 am — 8 pm every day. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

1.5. We offer free express shipping (3-5 days) for all International orders above 500.00 dollars. Your shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

1.6. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Ksenia Schnaider is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

1.7. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.


1.8. If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


2.1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2.2. Contact us at to start a return within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned Product. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package.

2.3. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

2.4. Kindly note, that we don’t offer refunds or exchanges for items bought with a discount.

2.5. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
